1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PagePilot (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PagePilot provides an AI-powered automation platform for Facebook Page management. Features include, but are not limited to, automated comment replies, Messenger chatbots, automatic post generation, and analytics. The Service acts as a bridge between your Facebook Page and our AI processing engines.

3. User Responsibilities & KYC Verification

To use our Service, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by the registration and KYC forms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover that any information provided is false or misleading.

4. Facebook Access Tokens and Admin Rights

You agree to provide PagePilot with a valid Facebook Page Access Token to facilitate the AI automations. You acknowledge and consent that authorized PagePilot administrative staff may securely access these stored tokens for the purpose of technical support, debugging, and service maintenance without requiring additional authorization from you.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features requires an active subscription. Payments can be submitted via supported channels (e.g., bKash, Crypto). Subscriptions are governed by the specific maximum quota constraints (e.g., max comments, max messages per day) defined in your chosen package. PagePilot reserves the right to enforce these quotas strictly to ensure fair usage of AI resources. Expired subscriptions will restrict AI functionality while retaining your dashboard access.

6. Limitation of Liability

PagePilot automates interactions based on AI models. While we implement safeguards (such as comment filtering and negative prompt blocking), PagePilot shall not be liable for the specific content generated by the AI, nor for any consequences or penalties imposed by Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) resulting from the automated actions executed on your page.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
